We got to see the Irish step-dancing up close and personal. These kids did an outstanding job!! Traditional instruments were used for the music. The girl with long blonde hair looks like she has a sore neck.  Posted by Hello

Ragus, an Irish dance, meaning "desire", was performed by young Irish dancers. Posted by Hello

DUN AENGHUS....300 feet above the Atlantic...we hiked all the way to see this!!! Once again, it was cold and windy. Posted by Hello

Aran islands...as you can see, a lot of hiking. We went to see another cliff, a mini Cliff of Moher. Their ivory thick cable sweaters, also come in other colors, are world famous. Posted by Hello

This is called Claddagh... I bought a Claddagh ring in Ireland. There are two ways to wear it, as shown. If the heart is facing you, it means you are taken, i.e., you have a significant other in your heart. If the heart is facing away from you, it means your heart is ready to accept another person. Isn't that neat? The crown represents loyalty, the hands represent friendship and the heart represents love. The Claddagh started here in Galway. Posted by Hello

At the Eyre Square..this is the JFK park...President Kennedy( see his head?) came here to visit in 1963, a few months before the assassination. Posted by Hello
